Returns and change-of-mind refunds
We do not accept returns of software licenses. Once a license key has been issued, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds because generated license key files cannot be deactivated.
This policy does not limit any rights or refunds you are entitled to under applicable law.
Try before you buy
Evaluation downloads are available so you can check a plugin's sound, features, and compatibility with your system before purchasing. Please review the product page and our licensing information to choose the appropriate license.
Problems with your purchase
If you have a problem with a purchase, license file, or software, contact [email protected] or contact support. Include the email address used for purchase and your receipt or order ID, if available, so we can investigate.
