All Stillwell Audio products are downloadable software or software licenses, including plugin bundles. We do not ship physical products, discs, printed license keys, or other physical packages.
No shipping charges
Shipping costs are zero. No postal or courier service is involved, so physical handling times, transit times, and shipment tracking do not apply.
Software downloads and license delivery
Download the software from its product page or our Downloads page. Evaluation downloads are the same software builds used after purchase; installing a valid license file licenses the software.
After payment is confirmed, Stillwell Audio sends your license file separately as an email attachment to the email address used for your purchase. Your payment receipt comes from Stripe or Link and is separate from the license email.
License delivery depends on payment confirmation and order processing. Delivery may be delayed while a payment is processing or an order requires manual review.
If your license email has not arrived
Check your inbox and spam or junk folder for the Stillwell Audio license email. If you need help, contact [email protected] or contact support. Include the email address used for purchase and your receipt or order ID, if available.
